I have my product key, but I can't unlock OptiLink. What's going on?The basic diagnostic approach is to first verify that OptiLink works correctly in Demo Mode. If you can get results using 10 links at hotbot, then OptiLink is clearly getting access to the web. Then, we simply need to enter the auth key in OptiLink's File->Setup dialog and see if that works correctly. You must be connected to the internet while doing this. If the demo mode of the program does not work, then the most likely causes are firewalls and proxy servers. OptiLink needs unrestricted access to the internet to function so those sorts of programs might need to be reconfigured to allow OptiLink to work.
