Can I use OptiLink to get a report of the # of pages, PR, int. and ext. links of a target domain and its pages?

The combination of OptiLink and OptiSpider used together can almost do what you want, with one caveat.
Here goes:
First run OptiSpider on the domain where you are considering links. This will spider all the pages on the site, which should be all and only the pages Google will find.
Second,, on the Compare view, use the right mouse button to copy of the URL list to the clipboard.
Third, paste this list into the "additional pages" listbox in OptiLink. Leave the search engine counts at zero, enter an arbitrary target URL (we don't really care which in this case but you have to have something there), select the "Fetch PR" option and press start.
OptiLink will use only the list of pages you provided and will report the PR of each.

Caveat: What this does not do is verify that each of the pages spidered from your potential partner are in fact indexed at Google. OptiSpider will only verify that the pages are visible to the spider, not that the spider has gotten around to reading them yet.
